In the event that one or more of your items is out of stock, we will send the in-stock items within two working days or receiving payment. The cost of sending subsequent items will be met by The Glovebox.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not entirely happy you can return any item within 10 working days of receipt as long as it is unworn and fit for resale in its original packaging.
We will be happy to exchange the item for an alternative, give a credit or to make a refund. We are not able to refund original postage charges but if you request a different item in exchange, we will not charge you for postage again.
How Do I Return Something?
Initially, please contact The Glovebox by telephone or email to say that you wish to return an item. Please let us know if you require an exchange so we can check that the item you would prefer is in stock and hold it for you (for up to 5 working days). Please leave a daytime telephone number and your email address in case of queries and we will email you a RETURNS FORM for you to fill in and send back with your item, along with your original receipt.
When you return an item by post we strongly advise that you use a signed-for or an insured service such as Special Delivery for higher value items. You will not be able to send back an item with an ordinary first class stamp on the envelope – you will require a Large Letter stamp at the very least.
Always wrap items carefully to ensure they are fully protected in transit, and seal the packet/envelope well.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us and refunds will not be made against these.
